A fine Burmese sapphire and diamond ring, centered by a beautiful cushion shaped Burmese sapphire weighing approximately 2.75 ct, flanked by two old mine cut diamonds weighing 0.77 ct and 0.78 ct respectively, mounted in 18 karat gold. 
 
Accompanied by a gem report from the Netherlands Gemmological Laboratory (NEL), which states that the sapphire is from Burma with no indications of heating.
