A very fine early 20th century ruby and diamond four-leaf clover brooch by Marzo, Paris, set with 4 old Burmese rubies, surrounded by rose cut, old single cut and old mine cut diamonds, mounted in platinum.
Accompanied by the original gem report from the Netherlands Gem Laboratory, stating that the rubies originate from Burma and show no indications of heating.
